In case you miss sleep, you will reduce your life’s quality and length. 6 – 8 hours sleeping is extremely important for each university student, and this does not just give your body rest, still rejuvenates you as well. You will be refreshed and work with much more accuracy and dedication.
2. Maintaining breaks in the schedule is very important to deal with university stress coming about. A 5 – 10 minutes break after each 1-2 hours acts as a refresher, and you will recollect your concentration for working with efficiency.
3. Caffeine, while taken in great amounts, can cause tension and anxiety. Tea, coffee, soft drinks are very common caffeine sources for university and college students, thus you need to avoid them.
4. Stress is chiefly caused while you consider meeting deadlines. Many university students have no or little time management plans, so they finally find themselves without their work. It is recommended to plan the work and run your time before proceeding.
5. Stress is caused as you try to escape sharing your problems with mentors and friends. You should share your various problems with others, because they may be capable to find good solutions.
6. It is significant to have a positive attitude to life. In case you fail to finish a task, you should not be dishearten, but look for the positive part. You should realize that things might have appeared worse. Thus, you need to look on the positive part and do not give the stress to get you down.
